Displaying supreme skills since beginning as a hairdresser at the young age of 17 years, Dylan has amassed a wealth of experience during his time in New York City at the legendary Bumble & Bumble salon where he admits this time induced his love for the profession.
Dylan Bradshaw’s raw talent and fresh and evolving cutting edge techniques, maintains the feeling of excitement felt by both his clients, media and those working around him. Bradshaw is 3 time winner of the L’Oreal colour trophy, 2 time winner of the men’s image award, 2 time winner of The salon of the year and is also the first Irish hairdresser to be invited to judge for the UK L’Oreal colour trophy Grand Final. The success of his outstanding career has led to his work featuring on many international publications including Vogue UK, Vogue US, Bazaar and Rolling Stone and has seen him work on international shows including MTV Music Awards, Top of The Pops, Tonight with David Letterman and Jay Leno to name but a few.
A consummate professional, Dylan is renowned for his dedication and drive for his profession and business, which was marked with the opening of his first salon in Dublin in 2000. Dolores Bruton
Dolores is the educational director of The Dylan Bradshaw Academy. She has a wealth of experience in the industry and is renowned for her style of education in passing on the essential skills to others.
Winner off the Irish Hairdressing Federation championship, the L’Oreal colour trophy and a recipient of the prestigious Irish Hairdressing Federation’s Icon award for education contribution, coupled with achieving the senior trade exam and the masters diploma she is.

Stephen Kelly
Stephen is one the foremost celebrity hairdressers in the country and is renowned for his up-styling and bridal work. With 21 years experience under his belt, he is one of the best known and most respected hairdressers in the industry.
Stephen has worked on TV shows such as, RTE’s ‘Off the Rails’ for the last 9 years, TV3’s ‘The Style Squad’, ‘Ireland AM’ and ‘Xpose’.He has done numerous celebrity weddings including Shane Filan from Westlife, Ozzie Osborne’s son Louis and Tommy Tiernan.Stephen regularly works as a session stylist for magazines such as Image, Confetti, Irish Tatler, Social & Personal and Prudence.He has also done platform and editorial work in the UK, Paris and Amsterdam.Stephen has styled hair for a number of high profile fashion shows including NCAD Graduate Fashion Show, Lipsy, Divine Boutique, The Design Centre and Amanda Wakeley and is regularly called on by his clients to style their hair for press calls and events.
He is currently an educator for L’Oreal and is frequently called upon to give seminars and private tuition at salons and academies around Ireland and the UK.
Mary Griffin
Mary has been working with Dylan for the past 10 years as head colour technician and is regarded among her peers as one of the top colourists in the country. She has a great eye for colour and works with her clients skintones to enhance them and also likes to keep her clients updated with current trends. Mary has had great success since joining the Dylan Bradshaw team, such as winning the prestigious L'Oreal Colour Trophy twice, as recent as last year, and winning numerous other Irish hair awards. She has worked on major fashion campaigns with the team and with numerous celebrities who have come through the salon.
Mary is an in-salon educator, teaching in the salon for the past 10 years and has also worked throughout the UK and Europe for example in Paris, Amsterdam, London and Manchester teaching at seminars. Mary has a colour degree and loves sharing her wealth of experience with younger hairdressers.

Katie Culleton
Katie has been hairdressing for seven and a half years and is one of the most sought after stylists. She is a member of the artistic team and is actively involved in creating collections for the salon. Katie has won among other awards, the prestigious Inter Coiffure Ireland Award 2009 and the L'Oreal Colour Trophy 2009. She was worked on numerous fashion editorial and advertising shoots. She has also worked on shows such as Topshop, Brown Thomas and House of Fraser. Katie enjoys all aspects of hairdressing from colour to styling, rituals and up-styling. She focus' very much on up and coming looks & trends and trying to keep them versatile for clients.
Katie has been an in-salon educator for the past two years which is something she takes a lot of pride in and really enjoys. She keeps up to date with new techniques and trends and consistently inspires her students to try new things.
