For every €1 spent on salon services you will receive 1 point. 20 points equal €1, redeemable off your next visit. If you prefer you can accumulate your db points and treat yourself in the salon at a later date. We wish to enhance your db experience by rewarding you with our new db membership.
1. The Dylan Bradshaw Membership is open to all Dylan Bradshaw clients who opt-in to receive our monthly newsletter and special offer via SMS & email.
2. The Dylan Bradshaw Membership programme allows you to earn points each time you book and pay for an in-salon service. For every €1 spent on salon services you will receive 1 db point. 20 db points equal €1, redeemable off your next/future visit. Points can be accumulated and redeemed against your next or future salon visit. Occasionally points may be redeemed against select products
3. You must present your Dylan Bradshaw Membership number/digital card upon check out in order to earn your points from your visit.
4. Points are available on all in-salon services only. Points are not available or redeemable on Gift Cards or products. From time to time points may be redeemable against selected products. Excluded purchases may change from time to time at Dylan Bradshaw’s discretion.
5. Points are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to any other person.
6. If you participate in the Dylan Bradshaw Membership programme you are bound by these terms and conditions.
7. These terms and conditions may change from time to time therefore it is advisable to review these terms and conditions regularly at www.dylanbradshaw.com/loyalty
8. Points will expire on 1st May and 1st November each calendar year. Points accumulated any time during these six month periods will not be carried over and will expire as per the dates above.
9. If we refund or adjust any of your services, we will make the corresponding adjustment to the points on your Dylan Bradshaw Loyalty card.
10. Dylan Bradshaw has the right to terminate the membership or amend these terms and conditions from time to time, at our sole discretion. Dylan Bradshaw will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage incurred as a consequence of amending or terminating your membership. Your continued use of the programme constitutes acceptance of the altered terms and conditions.
11. If you use your Membership number/digital card following a change in the Dylan Bradshaw Loyalty programme you will be deemed to have accepted the change. We may also revoke your membership of the Dylan Bradshaw Loyalty programme at any time and if so, your points will be forfeit. In each case, Dylan Bradshaw will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage.
12. Dylan Bradshaw Membership numbers/digital cards remain the property of Dylan Bradshaw at all times.
13. Dylan Bradshaw cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorised use of your card. Any points redeemed under these circumstances will not be replaced. Please ensure to advise Dylan Bradshaw if you misplace your card or change any of your personal details as soon as possible.
14. Dylan Bradshaw cannot take responsibility for any undelivered communication, via mail, email or SMS.
15. By participating in the Dylan Bradshaw Loyalty programme, you consent to Dylan Bradshaw holding your information, including details of any purchases, and using that information to inform you of any products, offers, events and services which we feel may be of interest to you.

17. Dylan Bradshaw reserves the right to amend or terminate the Loyalty programme or these terms and conditions at its sole discretion any time, with or without notice.
18. Dylan Bradshaw may refuse to redeem points and/or authorise the issue of points if it considers that the Loyalty Programme and/or the card are being misused, or if you are in breach of any of the terms and conditions.
19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
