Patch Test Policy:

All new clients or existing clients (haven’t had a colour service in the past 6 months in Dylan Bradshaw Salon) must have a skin patch test applied at least 48 hours prior to their colour service appointment.
Failure to do so will result in our team being unable to carry out your colour service.

Patch tests are always applied by a qualified member of staff at the salon for our client safety.


Pricing:

All price levels are tiered based on experience.


Cancellation | No Show Policy:

Any  appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice period or clients who fail to show to their appointments are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

A 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking by our reception team as we are unable to keep Credit Card details on file.


Extensions:

Cost of Hair
As of the 4th of June 2019, clients will be required to pay their full Cost of Hair, at time of booking. This order is placed immediately by your stylist with Great Lengths and your extensions are then stored in your personal ‘hair file’ ready for your scheduled appointment.

Application Time
We appreciate that all of our clients have different lengths, thickness and hair condition requiring different application times. Our in house team of Trained Great Lengths Experts will charge a ‘by the hour’ application time. You will notice on your receipts the breakdown of your visit i.e. Cost of Hair | Application Time | Technical Blow dry.  Depending on the expert level of your requested stylist the hourly rate will range from €250 – 350 per hour.

Maintenance + Removal Fee’s
Your Follow-up Maintenance Check Appointment      30 minutes | €50*
We recommend that you book in for occasional maintenance checks throughout the duration of your Great Lengths extensions, which can last up to 5 months. Having a stylist regularly check your bonds will maximise the longevity of your hair extensions, and will eliminate any risk of matting.

*Stylist may require additional time (charged at €50 per 30 minutes) depending on the condition of your hair.

Removal Fee
If a client has booked an appointment for same day removal and reapplication of extensions a ‘no charge removal fee‘ will apply.

If a client books for removal only they will be charged €50 per 30 minutes depending on the condition of hair. Remember a good at home aftercare routine will ensure you maintain the stunning results you deserve!

Extension Cancellation Fee
Clients who, for whatever reason, are unable to attend their appointment for Extension Applications are kindly asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We will keep your extensions in your personal ‘hair file’ ready for your next scheduled appointment.

Failure to provide sufficient notice of a cancelled appointment  or a no show will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Therefore a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking by our reception team as we are unable to keep Credit Card details on file.

Dylan Bradshaw takes no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered as a result of our online boutique ordering service nor for goods supplied via the online boutique.

When placing an order through the Dylan Bradshaw Online Boutique you are accepting the terms and conditions below. Please ensure to read these terms and conditions before making an order and they only apply to online orders. However, we strongly recommend that you also access and read any other information provided on the Dylan Bradshaw website as these terms may apply also.


Gift Cards:

All appointments must be pre booked directly with the salon.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions:

      1. 1. Gift card may not be exchanged for cash.
      1. 2. This card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or debit card.
      1. 3. No change will be given but the balance can be used for future purchases.
      1. 4. We will not be held liable for lost or stolen cards – protect this as you would cash.
      1. 5. Gift Cards are valid for use in salon and currently not valid for purchases on our online boutique at www.dylanbradshaw.com.
        6. We reserve the right to amend Terms and Conditions.
    1. 7. Our Pamper Package Gift Card includes a Classic Blow dry, Make up Application & File & Polish. If clients would like to upgrade their package from a Classic to a Couture Blowdry or their File & Polish to a Shellac or Gel Polish then an additional fee will apply.

Ordering:

When an order is completed and submitted, you are making an offer to purchase these goods. Dylan Bradshaw must receive authorisation from your card issuer before any goods can be dispatched. Orders will not be accepted if a payment is not authorised.

All products displayed on the website are only available while stocks last. All prices are displayed in Euro and are inclusive of VAT at 23%. Payments can be made in Euro only and are quoted exclusive of postage and packaging. These charges are specified in the delivery section of the product page. Dylan Bradshaw make every effort to ensure all goods displayed on the website are available however if the goods you ordered are not available Dylan Bradshaw will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right at all times to refuse any orders at our sole discretion.

You may cancel an order with us at any time prior to dispatch. Please ensure to contact us via telephone or email reception@dylanbradshaw.com notifying us that you wish to cancel your order. You will need to give your name, address and order number.


Returning your order:

Goods must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, within the cooling off period of 10 days. (We cannot refund or exchange combs, brushes, rollers, cosmetics or any sealed items which have been opened, unless they are faulty, due to hygiene reasons). This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to make a return:

      1. 1. Please notify us by telephone or email that you wish to return an item and reason for the return i.e. change of mind, faulty item, item not fit for purpose etc. Once your notification is acknowledged verbally or in writing please follow the below instructions.
      1. 2. Place the item in its original box and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place a copy of your despatch note or receipt into the parcel.
      1. 3. Send the item to Dylan Bradshaw Salon, Ref: Online Return, 56 South William Street, Dublin 2. You are responsible for all postage costs in making a return.
      1. 4. If the item is in its original condition, we will refund by the original payment card.
    1. 5. Gift Cards are not valid for refund or exchanges as they should be protected as you would cash. Please see our ‘Gift Cards’ section for terms and conditions.
